Our salon is situated opposite the cosmetic entrance to Myer at Westfield Carousel, Cannington, which is the largest shopping centre servicing the south and north eastern corridor of Perth. Even though there is plenty of parking, to avoid arriving late and stressed, please be aware to allow extra time to find a car space in peak shopping periods.

Late Appointment Policy:
We encourage advanced bookings, this is vital for Thursday nights and Saturdays to avoid disappointment.
Booked appointments are our priority !!!
But…
Due to our location… we do get a lot of walk in requests and if you are more than 5mins late without letting us know, we reserve the right to accept the walk in custom.
We confirm appointments the day before (for treatments ½ hr and longer), so the staff must adhere to company policies relating to cancellations and non attendance.
Salon Etiquette
Arrivals
- We are opposite the Cosmetic entrance to Myer.
- Please let us know if you are running late so we will hold your booking.
Cancellations
- We would really appreciate notice of 8 hours so we can schedule someone else in.
Late Arrivals and Non Attendance
- Arriving 10minutes late without notice could mean your time will be given to another client.
- A 50% (of the missed appointment value) charge will be applied to your next visit.
We reserve the right to apply a booking fee of 20% over the phone deposit for appointments longer than 90mins.
